OK, so maybe someone is getting Apple the company confused with Apple the fruit. But if that isn't the case, I am really not sure why Apple would need to put this on thier website. 1) Go to this page (the new iPod Shuffle): http://www.apple.com/ipodshuffle/ 2) Scroll to the bottom and read #2. 3) Have a good laugh!
